try goo gone and some elbow grease -

Warm it up with a blow dryer and peel off what you can. Use Goo Gone for any glue residue. -

Try spraying WD40 on the area and then scrape it off. -

Try warming it with a blow dryer to warm up the adhesive and it should come off. -

WD40, Avon Skin So soft - believe it or not. Try a heat gun or blow dryer and scrape with a plastic putty knife.
