I have an old windmill in my yard with HEAVY RUST, what can I use to ?

I would look for a spray paint specially formulated to cover and prevent rust. Use steel wool or something similar to wipe it as clean as you can get it before painting. Good luck!
Give the windmill a baking soda and vinegar bath. Then choose a Rustoleum color or metallic and brighten that baby up, Eth. I bet you have a touch of whimsy in decorating your yard. Enjoy the day! ☺️
