The instructions I have for cleaning the tank are: Add 1 cup of white vinegar to the tank and let it set until you finish cleaning the rest of the bathroom. Then flush two or three times because vinegar will do harm to the metal in the tank.

Hi Joanne: Is this what you're looking for? You will need the following:
Baking Soda
Vinegar
Spray Bottle
Directionstart by pouring some vinegar into a spray bottle, and spray it all around the toilet bowl. Allow the vinegar to sit for 15 minutes. The vinegar kills both germs and mold. About15 minutes later, sprinkle in some baking soda. The baking soda acts as a gentle abrasive to help with scrubbing and it also absorbs odors. Scrub the toilet with a toilet brush and flush when done. Good luck
Hi Joanne, I usually just pour 1 cup of vinegar into my tank about one time a year, let it sit for about 4 minutes then flush. Good luck
