Over time my sinks have developed stains around the drains. We don't have hard water. Bought products don't work. Vinegar doesn't work.
IRON OUT
Thank you. I’ll try it.
This product works well for rust stains. I've used it about 5 times with success: https://amzn.to/2PpcPXu

Outside? First treat and fix the rust so no more runs on it. Scrub with CLR or any other rust stain remover with a stiff brush. Maybe let it sit on it, follow directions of cleaner. Power wash.
Thanks
Iron out should do the job. Do not use CLR. It will etch the granite.
