How do I remove super stuck tiny particles from outside window?

Have an asphalt tile roof, and after heavy rain, an overspray of tiny black particles stick to a window below. I mean really stick. Even the professional window cleaner did not remove them. Any suggestions? Thank you. Love this site.

Can you use an razor blade to scrape them off? I would imagine they are tar like and very sticky.

WOW don't think your window cleaner is Professional at all-he should have addressed issue instead of avoiding it and just doing basic/easy wipe down. Even if it would be additional/extra charge. You need to hire new one. Spray it with WD40 and let it sit on it for 10 minutes then wipe with soft cloth carefully so the particles/grit does not sctratch glass. Applying additional WD40 if needed,I'd put it on cloth too. Here's easy way to clean the glass---Straight Rubbing/Isopropyl alcohol and clean white wash cloth no fabric softener on it (leaves streaks smears) & no paper towels they are treated with chemicals to increase absorbtion leaves streaks & smears;pour alcohol on cloth & wipe glass. wipe inside one direction-vertically, the otherside -horizontally this way you can tell which side you have missed something. Paper towels are expensive and kill lots of trees to make. Rubbing alcohol evaporates asap and is basically what is in window cleaners minus chemicals and blueing agent & it is much cheaper.
