Hi !!! I would use opaque fan stockings an d use poly fill to stuff them , then stick thicker wire ( you can buy it but the foot at home depot ) in the legs to bend them in the position you want . You might want to pin the legs to the shirt ( or closest clothing ) to give it extra stability . Good luck !!!
