How to make a burlap wreath for 4th of July?

I use a wire wreath, chenille stems and the wide burlap. Make puffs of it by tying the stems to the wreath base and measuring out about 10 inches of burlap for every 4 inches of wreath. It should go around @ twice. Puff out the burlap. Use red-white-blue ribbons, or even that sparkly stuff, make loops and tie them down with some more chenille stems all around your wreath.Helpful Reply -
