Thank u soooo much Mogie
I usually make them from Dollar Tree frame. You can usually pick up a couple of rolls of ribbon there as well. Chenille ties cut into thirds for attaching items. I can make a wreath for under $10, sometimes $4. Also, if you have an "at home" store follow them. I bought a beautiful fall wreath for half price ($8 I think) as part of the week's "deal" at 50% off.
I make all kinds of wreaths with minimal supplies: http://celebrateanddecorate.com/?s=wreath
Hi Anita! Dollar Tree and Dollarama usually have a great variety of materials that can be used to make inexpensive wreaths. I've found wreath forms at both stores, and have used things like decorative mesh, fake flowers, books pages, and Christmas ornaments to cover them. You can also get foam forms at Michaels for a good price, as long as you use one of their 40% or 50% off coupons. I've attached a couple of images of wreaths I've made. And here's a link to one of my tutorials:

I hope this helps!
POOL NOODLE WREATHS ~ Cut a pool noodle in half & decorate using hot glue, tinsel, Christmas garland, flowers, leaves, etc & some little stocking stuffers. Add a bow & open a paper clip for the hanger & you're done.
I have made several wreaths and have tutorials for them over on my blog. Maybe one of these will inspire you - https://chascrazycreations.com/?s=wreath
