How do I make the rain boot wreath?

Question

I've seen the precious wreath made with rain boots but how do you keep the boots from just pulling everything off.  If you attach to wire wreath form how do you hide the rest of the form?

Hi Sharon! Here's a bit of info on how to make a rain boot door display with no wire wreath form. Using small children's rain boots would make it all lighter in weight and using some floral foam inside the boots will keep artificial flowers in place. If you were to use a wreath form you could wind ribbon or burlap around the form or cover it with more flowers. You might have to drill holes in the boots and thread twine or wire through the holes to attach the boots to the frame.

Fill the boot with styrofoam then attach a wire to the boot about 1/3 of the way down and secure near the top in the side that will be against the door.
