Weight and roll the other way.
Roll the opposite way let sit for a while(days maybe) unroll and if you have a sheet of plywood or paneling lay it on top and weigh down with books, weights,bricks whatever you might have with some weight.
That's how I would do it.
Roll in the oposing directions. I would wear protective gloves handling any metal mesh or fencing.
At the beginning of this DIY Wire Flower project, she shows you how to cut chicken wire by placing wood planks on either side. Very clever!
Weight it down as you unroll, then re-roll it going the opposite way to help take out the tendency to roll.
