Make stained glass out of dollar store beads??
I was wondering if anyone has ever made stained glass look sheets in the oven, out of dollar store beads? I know you can crackle the beads in the oven at 500° for 20 minutes, but I want to make a design and then when they cool, hang in windows. Any thoughts or different materials I should use?

Use the plastic "pony beads". Usually in the kids section at the craft stores. But oh the colors!!! You could google the directions.
Oven will not get hot enough to melt or bond the beads to plate glass. You need a temp of 1500 degrees to melt glass. That's what kilns are made for. You can use E6000 glue and glue the beads to glass.
