yes, that should work, or perhaps Elmer's Wood glue. I like both.
If the ornament is flat then Elmer’s or any wood glue will work. If they are not flat the E6000 will be better.
The E6000 should work, as could other extra-strength glues if you intend on these being permanent. This is a project I would love to see on Hometalk.com. Please take photos before you start, during at least two steps, plus the finished project. Then go to Post and follow the directions. I can’t wait to see your work. 😇
