What is the best way to cut toilet paper rolls without misshaping them

I am trying to cut perfect circles from cardboard tubes and I can't do it without missing them...any suggestions?

A paper cutter with a measurement guide will cut them square. You will have to gently fold the tube before cutting.

a razor knife is best
Try pushing them flat first, then cutting across, then reopen it into a circle shape.
I've never done it, but I would try finding a piece of plastic drain piping of the same circumference stick it in it draw a line to the size you want your piece of tube can cut with a sharp craft knife.
Hi Stacy! I just read a great tip! Stuff them with a an old piece of cloth and then cut. They keep their shape. :-)
