What is the best paint for use on enamelware?
I have lots of vintage Enamelware bowls, pots/pans, & basins and would like to know what is the best and most durable spray paint to cover the chips and ware marks and won't peel off. I have some craft enamel paint to redo the trim colors. Thanks.

That will only work If you do not plan to use the items for food and beverage service.
If you paint, they will no longer be useable for food, cooking - just as decorative items. You can just embrace the imperfections - that is what happens when something is used. You can use them for flowers / plants.
Any oil based paint will work but will only be for decorative use only. All paint will chip off enamel were, just like a tub if bumped or scratched.
You could get spray enamel tthat is what is on it now.
I use Fusion Mineral Paint for everything. It does stick to enamelware. I would however use a sealer over it to give the same finish as the original piece.
