Beautiful screen. Can't tell what the panels are made of appears to be wood. Doubt it would hold up outside unless you replaced the panels with something.
Beautiful! Not for outside and is difficult to judge from picture alone.
Try to find friends, who know friends who may artistically inclined for a solution after having seen and touched it ... but it is for inside,,,...Wish I had such a screen. Good luck
Separate into 3 screens, paint a solid color, suspend from 0 rings for privacy on a porch. Remove decorative scroll work at the top, cover center panel with thin wood or foam board decorated as you prefer, mount on a wall as one big piece of artwork or a three individual pieces.
I would sell it. It is too pretty to be tearing apart.
I only have suggestions, but here they are: 1) Use as a fireplace screen 2) Hang over headboard on blank wall for a new headboard look or 3) Hang on a blank wall in the dining room, living room, etc. Maybe something here will trigger an idea! Best of luck!!
I got this one at a thrift store . It was black when I bought it but I painted it and used it as a headboard. It is very heavy so I used two small hooks to secure it to the wooden chair rail so it wouldn't flop forward when the bed is moved.
It truly is a beautiful screen. Great suggestions...hope one works for you!
I'm not sure what the pictures in each screen are made of. However, my first thought was to make holes outlining the flowers and put in LED light strings. I love the headboard idea.
