What do you mean by a wall boarder?
You can stencil one, if you are patient or the area isn't too large. That is what I always did when I wanted borders.

Use Shiplap, natural or painted, raw natural lumber, wall paper border on wall or mounted on lumber, stenciling. Check out the wall coverings in faux rocks, etc. Have DIY fun!
