You buy a box of wallpaper adhesive, or some people have had success with liquid starch, if you want to remove it easily. Mix up about a quart of paste at a time, dip the pages and apply smoothing with your hands. Newspapers might be a bit tricky as the are so thin, but if you dip quickly and remove excess by running it through your fingers, you should be able to create a nice affect. Remember that smaller pieces, if you are overlapping will look and react best. Also, the straight edges of pages might detract if you are going for a random look, be sure to tear the edges of the pages. Use only straight lines at the corners, top and bottom to reduce the need for trimming.

To have a glue composition without adding harmful or synthetic substances, you can make it with your own hands, which will save the budget. The recipe is not complicated, everyone can do it. Pour water into a container (2/3 of the desired volume of the finished product), boil it; add starch in small portions, stirring constantly; the fire should be small; cook glue until it becomes thick, like pancake batter; remove from stove and give time to cool; when the mixture cools to 40 degrees, pass it through a sieve to get rid of lumps that have formed. A couple of years ago, I asked a writing company to write my paper for me for free at https://writemypapers4me.net/ and met the author who handled my issue. We became friends. We've been in contact ever since, and she was the one who advised me on this method.
This should help
