How do you hang a heavy drawer as a shelf on plaster walls.

I wouldn't hang a heavy drawer on the wall, why not just get a floating shelf with the french clete hanger. Ask a carpenter for some advice. I tap the walls for a stud, and then use this for the main area to screw the dresser into. If you do not know how to do this, fold your right hand, and with your knuckle on your right hand, and tap the wall. As you tap it, move across the wall, about a inch at a time, and you will hear the diff. This will be the stud. This is the place to use. Do ask a carpenter, if you are confused, or fearful of trying this. Take care, J. -

You need to go into your hardware store and walk through the area that shows shelving. You will see angle, pick which match your project -
