Also two large window panes that I plan on putting pictures in , but not exactly sure how to space them or put them on the wall some ideas please !

Try hanging the shelf first, then after you have placed the pictures in the frames, hang them on each side of the shelving. Sounds like you have a good start on a pretty wall.
