Dream catcher came to mind quickly. Feathers in any kind of macramé look nice on display.
Design beautiful dream catchers- this will allow your fabulous feathers to be highlight of the projects... multiple sizes and shapes with coordinating jute/string and beads.

One suggestion: Go to thrift stores and buy a big old picture of pheasants, or workers in a field, or any old print in a good frame. It's okay if the print is scratched or the frame scratched. If you were able to get pheasants or some other bird, clean the print and start hot gluing your feathers on top of the pheasant prints. You do not have to match the feathers. Use whichever feathers you thing look good, probably guided by the feather sizes and colors you have. If this has not covered any scratches on the painting, use spare feathers to cover those places. Clean and repair the frame with wood putty, sand it gently. Finish the frame with paint, stain, and sealer. In other prints pick a lower 1/4 of the print and build a bird, not looking at the camera. Make the bird as big as you wish, even a foot tall, as if a live pheasant is looking at the rest of the scene. Try to cover any scratches, and just use your feathers to give the semblance of a bird, with dove or chicken feathers, whatever you have. Best wishes 😇
