When you make pompoms you can get netting at Walmart and other craft places to tie them to the netting on the back side. Walmart has theirs in the rug section. That is where I found mine. Cut a piece the size you want your rug and start tying pompoms. You need to make them so they have two longer strings to tie through the netting. You cannot make them out of the small ones you buy in a bag in the craft section of a store.
