Are you trying to add a photo to your profile? Is that is what you are trying to do, go to your profile page and click edit profile, click edit or import and choose your photo. Just look to see if there are size guidelines, many sites don't allow things over and under a certain size. If this is not the help you need, please specify what you need help with. If you are asking about how to frame and hang a photo, I would advise that you select a frame with a mat just a bit smaller than your photo. This is because you do not want the frame and photo to touch. Now, take the photo, back sheet of paper (that came with the frame) and mat and align them just the way you want. Take the mat away and, using an acid-free photo glue stick, stick the photo exactly where it was to the back sheet. You can trace an outline on the sheet if that's helpful. Now you can reassemble everything and your photo will be framed. Voila!
