I'm looking to create a photo and artwork hanging area on my bedroom wall...any fantastic ideas out there?

  Well I would hang them according to their sizes. Snap shots, greeting cards maybe ok for twine line display. Larger photos can be creatively done all kinds of ways. Engineer prints are great done at a local office shop (these are usually for blue prints and will print very large and only in black and white) you can mount those to boards. There is also deco podge! make your own decopodge with half school glue and water. Take sponge and adhere right over the top of photo. There are millions of ways to display photos. However, it depends on the room, IMHO of what type of display I would be using. Example, my large engineer prints of my children are in my industrial den/living room. They are over sized and black and white. If I wanted to go more on the softer side, like a bedroom, where there might be a colorful bed comforter...and vintage was the theme there then I might go with making a photo look old or it's display. An old photo frame embellished with old charm. Make sense? I hesitate to give you more as IM not specifically aware of the room you are wanting photo's on display. There is always a way but what your looking for in specific, in your heart...you only know. Find what you love and go for it. Pinterest is your friend! The only problem with twine photos...eventually your photos will begin to curl. So I would think on long term if you cherish your photos and what is best for them . Make copies and be creative in printing them as a collage, display them on a gallery wall?
