Command hooks!
Try using Three M command hooks that come in all sizes or various weights
3M makes removable hangers that go by weight and will not hurt the wall! IKEA also makes a wire hanging device in different lengths that you could hang them from. Not sure what gadget you might attach to the tray?!
Be certain you choose the correct 3M hangers/hooks with sufficient weight capacity. I hung a picture with 3M and it held for nearly a year, then suddenly crashed to the floor!
