Put the pics inbetween sheets of laminate and make your own place mats or coasters.
give them to senior homes they love to use them.
Take some of your favorite picture and make a collage for you or to give as a gift
Frame them use for scrap craft or cover a box.

I make the thick paper / pretty pictures into file folders and pockets to go in my travelers' style notebooks or put them with my journals. I tend to doodle while I'm on the phone and my planners usually end up more drawing than text so I can sort of track my mood each day by what I've drawn.
