Rust-Oleum makes a glass frost spray.
Check out window clings, they come in opaque, colors, patterns, you may find some you like.
I would get window film and cut it to size. It will still let light in but offer some privacy. Or here are some ways to make a diy stained glass design on them too:

I agree with above comments regarding the use of window clings. You could also put paint on the glass or put a small curtain rod above the top window and hang a pretty fabric long enough to cover all three windows.
We put narrow sheer panels up.
Home depot has a great collection of the window films. I think they are from Artscapes check them out..
You can use spray starch to cling fabric to glass, that way it's temporary too.
