Hot glue on the underside. If you can only get to it from the top find the yarn that wants to unravel and put a dot of hot glue on it to hold it in place.Helpful Reply -

Roberts Universal Carpet Seam Sealer at Home Depot. $5.47 for 8 oz.. Used it in a rental and ten years it was still holding strong. Just use it sparingly.Helpful Reply -
