Emulsion - Put up inner Trim use stronger colour Emulsion for outside or add a Wallpaper Border inside of Trim or decorate every other tile or Add stick on's etc......... or add Diamontie or Brass etc. Upholstery Pins -

The most cost efficient is to paint them -

Mine were dingy and dirty. I just used white ceiling paint, but it completely changed the room. Good luck.
