How can I stop my newly installed bamboo wood floor from buckling?

I installed brand new bamboo hard wood flooring in my kitchen/dining area....it looked lovely....in a few days the portions where I started and finished began to buckle....everything in the middle looks great. I let the floor boards sit in my house for a few weeks before I laid them like I was told. Any ideas or help are greatly appreciated.

Hi Trisha, it sounds like too much moisture from below, in too tight, or is in too loosely.
Is it stranded bamboo?
When you laid them did you leave a big enough gap around the edge for expansion?
did you leave 1/4" around the edges? Im not sure wat kind you used, but ours recommended that and the quart round molding goes over it to hide the gap. This allows room for expansion.
One thing I know about Bamboo is the seasoning process. You are supposed to leave it in the house for about a week to acclimate to the temperature of the house. Here is a procedure to follow:
