Old English furniture polish
Hi Brigette, this has a few suggestions for you
They make furniture and floor pens and crayons. Give those a try.
If the scratches are deep you can purchase a "putty stick" the same color as your floor to fill in the spaces. Remove any residue with a bit of paint solvent.
Minor scratches can be hidden with oils. Use dark oils for dark wood and light for lighter wood ( walnut oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil, etc.). Natchez Solution is an excellent wood cleaner, polisher, protector and will lessen the look of small scratches. In a hurry, use olive oil and coffee grounds.
