I'm not sure how large a crack it is, but, if it is not impairing the structure and isn't too large, you could caulk it or use spray foam to block drafts and moisture. -

You can buy "Fix it All" at Home Depot or Lowes. its a powder and you mix with water to a thinner peanut butter consistency. As long as you can spread it with a putty knife. Its a nice product for a lot of things like leveling out flooring before layout carpet, vinyl or laminate planks etc. -

This is not a DIY fix, its going to have to be jacked up on supports and the footings will need to be leveled, and then they are going to have to repair the split in the shell.
