How do I go from blah to wow?
I am looking for a new idea to change my ceiling. I want it to pop but not be over powering. I don’t want it to feel like my ceiling is closing in on me. Any one have any new ideas on this?

Try using the lighter color on the walls and a slightly darker one on the ceiling for a totally different look.

You could add fake wood beams, or get molding and and trim the ceiling a few inches from the walls. If you do that with two trim areas, say 2 or 3 inches from the wall and the next one 1 to 2 inches from the first one and paint them a different color to give dimension.
