Prying or use a motorized floor stripper...might be able to rent, not sure!
You need to start in one spot where you can get underneath an use a pry bar. Maybe take a circular saw with the blade set at depth of floor and cut out a section as a starting point. It is going to be a LOT of work. An alternative is to leave it in place and add a new floating floor over it.
Thanks Ken, this is exactly what I did but I stop after the first pass so I'll try to lay down the flooring over the existing floor
