How do you remove deep scratches from an engineered wood floor?

I tried those colored sticks, walnuts, etc. But nothing worked

You may have to fill those in with wood putty and sand to smooth out after it dries. Then stain to match the floors .
I had this issue too. I filled the scratches with wood glue, and then colored with a crayon.
Did you have leftover boards? You can take up the floor and replace the damaged boards. A bit of a process but the floors will look great again.
