I think your only answer is going to be removing the boards up to the dent and replacing the affected boards with new
Wet cloth and an Iron to try to swell the wood again. or just leave a wet cloth on top of it and keep replacing till dent comes out......
It depends on how big the dent is, most professionals will tell you you need to contact the company to have it repaired or have some kind of floor professional do it.
Check out the warranty first. If you have extra boards left replace the affected board.
