That is one of the things most sales people do not tell you about bampoo flooring. Some of the slightly lesser quality floors are soft and dent easily. There is nothing to do about it. When it gets a little older and drier it might not be as bad, but that is not a guarantee. Here is a link for you.

I have laminate floors and I have found the best thing to use to make them streak free and it might work for Bamboo. Fill a spray bottle half water, half vinegar. Use a Swiffer mop head with a damp microfiber cloth on it.
I use Bona the recommended wood/bamboo cleaner with a large swiffer-like mop with a felt pad. Got it at Lumber Liquidators.
I go over my floors with a homemade solution of three parts warm water to one part vinegar.
Thank you! I haven't tried Bona. The Lumber Liquidator store where I bought our flooring uses Bellawood product and as a gift we received the stiffer-like mop. I will try Bona and see if there is a difference.
Vinegar is acidic and isn't recommended to clean your Bamboo floors. It will eventually, if not immediately, harm the finish. Ammonia-free windex works wonders with a dry swimmer mop for any flooring. It will clean really well, and won't damage the finish in any way, even if you use it every day.

Reminds me of My Big Fat Greek Wedding where the father used window on everything. I guess it really works on everything.
Thank you for coming to my rescue!!!
I use a product called Woodwise. Check out their website. Or it can be found on Amazon.
rejuvenate from Home depot work with cleaning up the mess. But to keep the prints off the floor we just decided to wear flip flops inside, trust me we tried everything. I read about bambrite, but it's only sold on amazon. My husband and daughter bother have sweaty feet so I had to do something. Also be careful with the solution you use on your tile floors that can track to your bamboo floor. I was using fabuloso on my tile floor and I notice the prints on my bamboo floor was getting worst, because the chemical was being tracked on the bamboo wood.
Change chemical you are washing your floor with
