How long have you had it?
I did a quick search and none of the sites cite radiant floor heat as a cause of (ceramic?) tile cracking or laminate flooring buckling. It is likely that either moisture is getting into the laminate or it was installed without regard to necessary expansion gaps around the perimeter. You did not mention if the heat is electric or hydronic and what the substrate is: concrete or wood?
Chances are that the problem is with what is under the floor and replacing with new flooring of any brand or style will only be a temporary fix.
If this flooring was professionally installed you have a bone to pick with the installer. If not, it would be a good idea to talk with people at a local business where all they do is flooring. Ask if they will come to your house to evaluate the situation and make recommendations.
You could remove and replace the entire floor. But I would call the person who installed the heated floor first. You could also call the manufacturer of the engineered flooring. Usually there is a warranty on flooring. Best of luck to you.
