I need help! What can I do to a marble bathroom floor I ruined?

nI did not know that using regular floor cleaner would dull the shine.

Do not feel bad, this happens all the time. If it is just a surface dullness try buffing it with a conventional buffer with a fine pad untill the dullness is gone and its shine restores.
