Have you tried caulking? Go to Home Depot or another place and ask them.

WOW! They tiled the frame directly over the wall tiles! The frame tiles should have been put up first the the wall tiles around them. Guess too much cutting for them. Took an easy way out. Best way to reframe is to use a two part epoxy glue to adhere the frame tiles to the wall tiles. Painters tape to hold them on while the glue sets up. Then just grout the joints.
