Marine caulk will fix your leaking floor issue.
I think you need a plumber and a new shower. There will be damage to the subfloor that may extend under your bathroom floor. If it's on the 2nd floor your will have ceiling damage as well.
You don't mention what material your shower floor is made from. You do want to get this fixed quickly before you have a bigger problem on your hands. Give us a bit more information for the best answer!
