Iris should be transplanted in the early fall. Just cover the tubers, don't plant too deep.
Other wildflowers should be transplanted early spring.
when bloom is done
Plant seeds 1/2 inch apart, leave about 1 inch of space from the side of the container. Keep seeds moist & they should germinate in 5-10 day. Radishes should be full grown in approx. 20-23 days.
Please disregard the first reply. Was meant for another question! Anything with a bulb, such as an Iris should be plant in the early fall to have time to adjust to a change in weather. Wildflowers are best moved when they are in full bloom. Take notice of their original habitat and try to put them in a same setting when it comes to sun/shade/soil contact. Add compost if they come from rich soil. Be sure when you dig the new hole to add a good amount of the original dirt it came from. Water.
