How long are those leaves? Might be plumbago. If it starts producing lovely bunches of blue flowers, you'll know. Plumbago truly is lovely. Trim to keep tidy.

Not arugula and pretty sure it isn't plumbago. Need better photo of flowers and stems.

It could be arugula that has gone to flower.

There are different kinds of arugula. The blossoms do resemble those of brassicas/cruciferous veggies.

Found this photo on a google search but info stated that arugula is a member of the mustard family with yellow flowers....this was the only photo showing white flowers and does look like the picture above. Info also states it is an annual.
