Even weeds are plants. Not sure what the yellow plant is, but I had something similar and it was most certainly a weed, a pretty weed, and I removed them. Weeds, pretty or not pretty, are spread by wind, wildlife and people. If you do not want it, be sure to dig out completely, keeping the root ball in tact and dispose.
The pink flowers look like phlox to me.
Pink tall one is Pflox (sp?). The other pink ones to the left are dianthus I believe.

The pink looks like an old fashioned four o'clock, and the yellow looks like a night shade jasmine. Good luck!
