Your ground doesn't get cold enought. It has to freeze because they go dorment, to get the energy for the next year.Helpful Reply -

most tulips bloom only one year. They definitely need a cold period, or be put in the refrigerator for awhileHelpful Reply -

hi all, i agree with all of the above, i do lift my bulbs for tworeasonssometimes they work their little buts down too deep in the soili don't know how or why, but they won't flower if too deep andthe other reason is they need a really cold spell, and i mean a fewweeks at leastgood luckHelpful Reply -
