Where is the best place to plant my Poinsettias?

My poinsettias from Christmas are still in bloom but would like to plant them.Live in Florida and house faces slightly North-west(more north); where is the best place to plant so we may enjoy them next year?

If you mean plant in ground, they will turn into a beautiful shrub. In order for them to turn red (If that is what you have), they need to be kept in the dark for several weeks before the holidays. If you want to bring back in to enjoy through the holidays again. Best to re pot and keep as a potted plant rather than in ground. Here are tips for either option.

A local park plants any unwanted poinsettias. My girlfriend has a grove of them. They can easily get 10' tall and 6' wide, so if you decide to plant in ground, take that into consideration.
