So, so hard to figure out a rose sometimes...could even be one of the Austin roses, doubles and very fragrant. Too bad you could not ask when you were there.

This is a double blooming Knockout rose. They are available at most Home Depot or Lowe's stores. Walmart even has them in the summer

There is a wonderful website called "Heirloom Roses". They are located in St. Paul, Oregon. I have purchased roses from them for over 10 years, and have attended various seminars they've given over the years, and been so impressed with their knowledge. I am sure if you sent your pic to them, they could identify the variety for you.
