It's common name is 'Floss flower'. It also blooms in white. I don't think this is ageratum, it get's much higher than the ageratum. I know what the name is but can't recall it now.

I agree with Rhonda, definitly Eupatorium C. sometimes called Mistflower or Hardy ageratum. A great plant for wildflower gardens.

It is a wild ageratum. We have it all over the sides of the roads around the South. I have Mexican petunias and plan on planting some of this in front of it.

I'm pretty sure this is a variety of ageratum. I did a google search, and evidently there are many varieties. It's a beautiful plant! I love to use a shorter variety in my pots.

It is definitely an ageratum! I bought one and the flowers look identical to these. I blooms late summer and until frost. The bees and butterflies love it. That's why I bought it.

I grew the tall variety for cut flowers. Use the bunches with large stems so they drink water easily. Never let dry out or lay on counter / keep in water always.
