If you rub it does it smell like pine? If so..it’s a baby tree, if it stinks or no Oder is a weed.

Looks like a type of yew. A type of shrub. I have had some come up like that. I have a bush about 4 foot tall, that gets red squishy berries, which the birds love.

  Just be super positive it is rosemary before using it in food you're going to be eating!!! It does resemble rosemary. Check with your county extension agency if you have one in your area. Good luck, you might also check with your neighbors to see if they grow anything that looks like that.

  Rosemary is not sticky. And will smell like rosemary..no odor it’s a certain weed that mimics another plant.
