If you rub it does it smell like pine? If so..it’s a baby tree, if it stinks or no Oder is a weed.
Looks like a type of yew. A type of shrub. I have had some come up like that. I have a bush about 4 foot tall, that gets red squishy berries, which the birds love.
Looks like rosemary to me.
