It sounds like a fungus. It is very common. Cut off the yellow leaves and spray plants with a fungicide such as Daconal. It is difficult to remedy once it starts. Good lucl!
I was told it was lack of calcium Nd to grind up eggshells in my blender and stir into soil. It did seem to work. The new leaves are healthier and more are growing without Yellowing
