remove affected leaves ( do not put in compost); keep branch and leaves from touching the soil; mulch with cardboard, paper, wheat straw to keep rain from splattering dirt onto the leaves.
Holes chewed in leaves can indicate the presence of tomato hornworms. To kill tomato worms naturally, mix some liquid dish soap and water in a spray bottle, spray it on the tomato plant, and then shake some Cayenne pepper onto the plant and on the tomatoes. The soap kills the worms, and the cayenne pepper will keep them away if the soap washes off of the plant and they try to come back.
Too much rain, washes nutrients out of soil- causes yellow. I had the same thing. Simple - Miracle Grow .
I use Neem Oil on all my garden vegetable plants. It is harmless to humans and pets and wards off all pests. Unfortunately,it also wards off ladybugs that are good for eating mites
It would have been better to see where the effected leaves were located on the plant. The first picture is blight. A fungicide will help but won't completely eliminate the problem. In the future, don't wet the tomatoes from above. You won't be able to plant tomatoes in that same spot next year. Those chewed holes are from earwigs. They eat from the middle while worms eat from the edges. Diotomaceous earth will take care of the bugs, reapply often as it gets washed away.

I do companion planting - marigolds are a helper in keeping bugs away from tomatoes as well as cucumbers and squash. But also too much water - I literally prune the bottom of the tomato plants of the shoot offs so the leaves are not touching the ground as we never get tomatoes on the bottom. I have a cleaner stem of about 9". The marigolds help hide this for a nice looking planting.
